Todd Armstrong can be found impressing audiences with his unique brand of intelligent humor at any venue. His likeable attitude, sharp wit and cleverly crafted jokes have led him to open for some top comedians. Todd produces a theater showcase entitled "Honest Comedy with..." which features the Nation's Best Standup. In addition to touring, he performs at Portland's Funniest Person and Bridgetown Comedy Festival, the Laughing Devil Comedy Festival in New York and hosts Oregon Medical Cannabis Awards. He also now represents Portland for Comedy Central's "Comic to Watch" showcase. In 2012 he released his debut comedy DVD/CD "armToddstrong LIVE" which is available at www.armtoddstrong.com.
Scoot Herring Scoot Herring has been described as "The Ryan Gosling of Portland Comedy". By one person. And that person was himself. But Scoot Herring takes what he can get. He's humble like that. This tall bearded manboy surprises you with his hilarious thoughts about time travel and his love of Disney. No man that tall should love Disney. Yet he makes his love not creepy, but actually quite humorous and unique. When he's not dispensing with the jokes you can find him at his modest SE Portland apartment recording one of his two podcasts "Rippletron Radio" and "Press Scoot To Continue", which can both be found on iTunes. He has been running a monthly stand up showcase on Hawthorne for a little over a year now. It's sort of a big deal. When asked to describe himself using the character traits of different Power Rangers he chose the leadership of Jason, the brains of Billy, and the looks of Kimberly. "I like turtles but Scoot is better" - Ryan Lueck, a friend of his roommate that he has only met like three times. "He can really rock a Star Trek uniform" - Manuel Hall, fellow comedian and all around nice guy. "His comedy is ok" - Jody Herring, his mother.
